Welcome to J. Vercimak Ranch, this unofficial Centennial Ranch is a source of pride for the family which has owned it since 1923. The emotion felt by seeing the historical structures throughout the property which helped the family live through the Great Depression are reminiscent of hard times. The 10 acres of farmstead consist of multiple outbuildings, a home, and shop. Additionally, a historic schoolhouse that was built in 1900 as part of Uinta School District #4 sits on the property. The ranch sits 3 miles west of Lyman, Wyoming in Uinta County with two tracts consisting of 315 acres. Come see the beauty and opportunity that sits at J. Vercimak Ranch. The ranch consists of 315 acres on two tracts of agricultural land located about 3 miles west of Lyman, Wyoming. Both tracts feature irrigation water from the State of Wyoming adjudicated water from the Blacks Fork River and is delivered to each tract through the Fort Bridger Canal and the land is flood irrigated. Most of the land in both tracts can be hayed, and have been used as livestock pastures the last few years.
