My name is Hilary Davis.

I am a seasoned real estate broker and property management company owner based in Utah County. My journey in the real estate industry began in 1997, coinciding with my time at Brigham Young University.

With over 25 years of experience in property management and sales, I am deeply passionate about real estate and take pride in assisting my clients in achieving their goals. As a dedicated professional, I am affiliated with esteemed organizations, including the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Utah County Association of Realtors (UCAR), and the Utah Rental Housing Association.

My academic background includes graduation from Brigham Young University, and throughout my career, I’ve actively participated in various real estate ventures. Notable projects include playing a key role in acquisitions, contributing to renovations such as the restoration of the Amanda Knight Hall building, and collaborating with developers in the second phase of the Old Academy.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy endurance running, floral arranging, reading, and time spent with my family. My commitment extends beyond transactions; I find immense satisfaction in guiding clients through significant life decisions and some of their most substantial purchases.
