This development is located just south of Indianola with access directly off of Highway 89. We are almost completed with the infrastructure to the first 47 building lots. It is going to take a few more months to get the power and water completely finished so the county will issue building permits. We are super close though. Timeline is not guaranteed. This development is going to offer direct access to Skyline drive with a ton of hiking, biking, ATV, snowmobiling and horse riding trails. The Swimming Lake is currently under construction, it will be 2 acres and you can take anything man operated on this lake.
